Land Surveying Projects

Site Design prepared boundary & topographic survey of +/- 30 acres to aid in the design, development and construction of the Bon Secours St. Francis Cancer Center located on Innovation Dr. in the City of Greenville.

Prestwick Development is dedicated to providing market quality housing and communities throughout the southeastern US. Site Design has partnered with Prestwick Development and housing agencies on projects in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia to design senior and multi-family projects. Site Design provided a complete turnkey package of surveying services, including:

• Initial topographic survey

• Due Diligence Services

• ALTA/ACSM land title survey

• Construction layout

• Utility as-builts

• Final HUD certified as-built surveys

The City of Greenville utilizes GIS to map and document all of its sanitary sewer lines and manholes. Site Design’s survey crews were chosen to provide updated state plane coordinates and other details of approximately nine hundred manholes throughout Greenville. Attributes of the manholes included the types of material, pipe size, invert data and detailed pictures to aid in the rehabilitation of the City of Greenville Sanitary Sewer Facilities.

When National Retail Properties chose to refinance 37 Sun Trust Bank facilities across the southeast, Site Design, Inc. was the recommended surveyor. Site Design prepared ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys on the facilities across the southeast, from Virginia to southern Georgia. Due to refinancing deadlines all surveys were completed within a three week period.
