Paul Mills, P.E. Senior Project Manager
With more than 19 years of civil engineering design and construction management experience, Paul Mills extends his expertise to specialty practice areas including park planning, streetscapes, storm water management, and roadway design.
As part of his responsibilities, Paul designs and manages the preparation of construction documents for commercial and public projects. As a registered professional engineer in both South Carolina and North Carolina, Paul works closely with his clients to ensure projects proceed efficiently through the site development process.
Prior to joining Site Design, Paul was the Regional Manager for Milone & MacBroom from 1995-2016. He was also an estimator and project manager for M.B. White Construction in Spartanburg, SC.
When Paul is not in the office, he can be found enjoying the outdoors, along with his wife, Caroline. Their outdoor hobbies include cycling, running, and hiking as much as possible. Some of their favorite local trails are in Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Forest. They both enjoy international travel because they’re always seeking out new trails to experience.
Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from UNC-Charlotte.
