Dana Augustine, P.L.S. Project Manager
Dana Augustine is responsible for the research of past survey evidence, maps, deeds and other records for residential, commercial and industrial sites. She is on the frontline in identifying risk and survey related issues that enable our field crews to complete our project scope and deliver a finished product in a timely manner.
Dana has been with Site Design, Inc. since the firm opened its doors in July 1991. In her present role as project manager, she is responsible for managing the entire surveying process from start to finish. A pinnacle example of her work is the $65 million RiverPlace development, which includes retail, restaurants and housing along the south bank of the Reedy River in Greenville, SC.
Prior to joining Site Design, Dana prepared surveys and engineering plans for land development projects at Dalton & Neves Co. Before moving to Greenville in 1988, she worked in the surveying department of Michael B. Schorah & Associates Inc., a consulting engineering firm in West Palm Beach, Fla.
Dana and her husband Matt have four dogs and two cats. They’re passionate advocates for humane animal welfare. On their property, they manage Rainbow Ranch for Animals where they rescue stray dogs and cats. During the summer months, you can find Dana tending to her flower gardens and honeybee colonies and hives.
Dana earned an associate’s degree in geomatics technology from Greenville Technical College and studied aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
