As Project Manager for the Engineering Department, Norman is responsible for all aspects of site planning and design work, as well as roadway design, drainage and erosion control design, and boundary, loan and topographical surveys.
Norman’s professional experience of over 15 years of experience brings an incredible combination to Site Design as both a registered engineer and a registered Land Surveyor.
